San Diego Comic-con Exclusive
The fourth exclusive piece in Gentle Giant’s 1/6 scale tribute to the original Kenner Star Wars action figure collection was made available at the 2011 San Diego Comic-con. The Vinyl Cape Jawa was produced in a limited production run of only 1,000 pieces, and as you would expect, it was a huge seller at the convention. Gentle Giant will be offering a standard Jawa with the soft goods cloak, but as we all know, the hard to get piece is that vinyl cape. While shooting this piece for the Rebelscum Photo Archive, there was an instant flashback to childhood when the smell of the vinyl filled the air. Easily, this was the coolest Star Wars exclusive offered in 2011.
