The Shards of Narsil(tm) are presented on a 47″ solid wood wall display plaque. The hilt is removable and the shards are permanently mounted on the massive plaque. This adult collectible is strictly limited to 5000 pieces and is individually serialized for authenticity on the cloisonné medallion that adorns the front of the display plaque. The Shards include a parchment certificate of authenticity, along with a second certificate personally autographed by production artist John Howe, who designed the hilt on the Narsil(tm) sword (UC1267 also available) and played a major role in designing many of the other swords featured in the Lord of the Rings(tm) trilogy of feature films.
