The High Elven Warrior Shield is a reflection of the artistic craftsmanship of Elven weapons and armor in Middle Earth as featured in the opening battle scenes from The Fellowship of The Ring. This meticulously detailed shield is crafted in fiberglass-reinforced cast resin, similar to the movie prop, and features an Elven vine design on the antique-finished shield face. The handle is aluminum and wood with genuine leather wrapped grip. The shield includes a cast metal bracket with braided leather strap that attaches to the handle so that the shield can be mounted for display. Strictly limited to 5000 pieces worldwide, it is individually serialized on a solid brass plate mounted on the shield’s back. Includes a parchment certificate of authenticity, along with a second certificate personally autographed by production designer John Howe.
